Mushroom Communications have been asked to organise a revival of the purist Craft Fair that used to be an annual feature at the Abbey Buildings, Abingdon-on-Thames.
We will be using the power of Infusionsoft to organise the admin and create the campaigns to bring this craft fair back to life in November 2017.
Craftworkers should register on the website http://www.abingdoncraftfair.org.uk/
February 2016: The ATOM Festival website has been launched and tickets are selling for the events included in the March 2017 Science and Technology Festival.
Thanks to Flame Concepts for an extremely fast turnaround on our bespoke ticketing system - from brief to delivery in four days!
November 2016: Mushroom Communications will be providing marketing and co-ordination support to the ATOM Science and Technology Festival, held in Abingdon-on-Thames in March 2017.
Professor Jim Al Khalili of BBC fame is confirmed as one of the exciting speakers taking part in the festival. Authors Professor Frank Close and Louie Stowell are also on the programme.
24th Oct 2016: Great to hear today that we will be working with Artweeks to help find commercial partners and make the 2017 festival a year to remember. Just working out the details of the value-packed commercial packages that will be available. This is a quality organisation with some great creative ideas about supporting their commercial partners. Proud to be working with them. Email heatherb@mushroomcommunications.com to find out more about our packages.
Stuart Roper's stunning exhibition of large canvases exploring his fascination with light and shade in the byways of Oxfordshire. Great to be at the Private View this weekend and have the opportunity to photograph some of these compelling pieces. The exhibition continues at Didcot's Cornerstone Arts Centre throughout October and into November.

Thanks to all who came to my "do"
After seven years working in Abingdon-on-Thames, originally as the Choose Abingdon Partnership Manager and latterly at the Town Council as Community Services Officer, it was great to celebrate all the achievements and projects and especially the community spirit of the town it was always a privilege to work in. Thanks for the many kind gifts, cards and thoughtful words spoken, emailed and written in cards. From here on I will be working as a freelance communications and marketing project manager under the Mushroom Communications banner, giving me more flexibility to be at home when my autistic son needs me.
